Gas Compressor Station Pipeline Cleaning for Petroleum Development in Oman

Our team of experts has proven their skills by completing all required safety training and successfully completing a gas compressor station pipeline cleaning project for Petroleum Development Oman.

Extensive preparation was carried out prior to the start of the project and cleaning by abrasive blasting was chosen as the most appropriate technological approach. The most challenging part of the project was cleaning pipes of different shapes, with many elbows and different diameters.

Our team carried out the cleaning of the long pipeline on site. Since the diameters ranged from NPS10 to NPS36, we used both types of our robots - JettyRobot S and JettyRobot 6. By deploying both types of robots, it was possible to properly clean all sections of pipeline of different diameters. As expected, the use of abrasives has proven to be very effective in the oil and gas industry.

The customer was satisfied with the precise coordination and implementation of the project. Especially with the quality and completion of the entire cleaning process within the planned schedule.
