Our customer is a global food company that focuses on cereal processing and food production.

One of their largest manufacturing plants is located in the USA with a ventilation and exhausts system that is several thousand miles long.

Cleaning a ventilation system of this size using conventional methods (dismantling parts of the pipe system and cleaning them manually) would be extremely time consuming and probably impossible, especially due to the short downtime.

In the past, two production lines had to be shut down due to a fire in the ventilation system. The cost of the fire accident included not only the cost of repairing the system, but also the lost profit during the forced shutdown.
