Today, we introduce you to JettyRobot’s new tool! A tool that measures pipe thickness using EMAT ultrasonic sensors. Using this type of sensor, pipe thickness is measured without the use of couplant. This ensures safe automatic measurement – no need for a technician inside the pipe. The measured data is monitored online, and everything is stored for retrospective review.

With the JettyRobot, you can now monitor wall thickness from inside the pipe and over long distances. You don’t have to remove the outer covers and insulation, saving you a lot of time and money. You can also easily inspect pipes buried in the ground or inaccessible from the outside.

Are you worried that your pipes are dirty, and that inspection will not be possible? You don’t have to worry at all. The JettyRobot is first fitted with a cleaning tool, then the cleaning tool is replaced with a measuring tool, and it’s done. As easy as 1-2-3.
